We live in a world of busy. Add to that a mind that has difficulty at times, being at rest. How do you find the time to create mental silence? Even in a state of meditation, our mind can be too loud and too filled with mental clutter to allow us the room to become silently free. Thought downloading can be a powerful tool to unclutter our minds. By writing down our thoughts, in an unedited fashion, we concretely feel as though we are putting them somewhere else, removing them from our minds – think of it as a mental time-out. Once our mind is a bit more silent from the mental clutter we collect, we can then have room to find our clarity. From there we can work on more neutral thoughts that can create more productive feelings, actions, and results.
