I am proactive, motivational, and solution-focused. I have an easy conversational style believing in a collaborative approach that offers encouragement mixed with giving you that gentle “kick” to move things forward. Setting goals, having a vision for oneself is key but just as imperative is the ability to take small baby steps and be “in action” toward attaining your goals.
What is Psychotherapy?
Simply put, psychotherapy is a process, not a to-do list. We look at what’s going on in your life, and what you want to be different. But I believe you already have these answers. Although the past is important, it brought you to where you are now and it’s the NOW we will focus on and the thoughts that you’ve brought from your past that are keeping you stuck in your present. Those are the barriers from moving into your tomorrow. I believe you already know what you want, where you want to go and together we unpack what’s keeping you. from stepping into that.

Teletherapy sessions are scheduled and take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office which enables you to make the most productive use out of the hours in your day. At the time of our initial consultation call, we will explore which format would be most beneficial.
