Psychotherapy Services and Fees

Life is busy. Stepping into one more thing shouldn’t add to the stress of figuring out how to navigate getting there to do it. That being said, I have been providing, telehealth, and online services since 2015.   I use a  secure, private, and confidential platform called Doxy.me where you can show up in the comfort of your own home or workspace at the best time and day that works for you (and you can come in your comfy sweatpants, makeup, no makeup, hair in a ponytail, whatever works for you).

Doing the work is challenging enough, so no need to make getting there to do it more challenging.  Step into a space that you can come into as you are and just BE.

1  ~ weekly 50-minute session $185.00 for clients who prefer not to go through insurance limitations.

Payment is made at the beginning of each session via debit or credit card.

Insurance

I do work with a limited number of insurance companies:

~ United Healthcare
~ Oscar

If your insurance provider is not someone I work with, please inquire about costs related to working with an Out-of-Network (OON) provider. In those instances, I provide a receipt or “superbill” that you can submit for reimbursement by your insurance company.
