Psychotherapy Services and Fees

I have provided both individual and group services via telehealth since 2015. For clients that live in the Reno, NV area, I provide a limited number of in-person individual sessions.

Why telehealth? Because your life is busy enough. Stepping into one more thing shouldn’t add to the stress of figuring out how to navigate getting there to do it.

I use a secure, private, and confidential platform called Doxy.me where you can show up in the comfort of your own home or workspace at the best time and day that works for you (and you can come in your comfy sweatpants, makeup, no makeup, hair in a ponytail, whatever works for you).

$200.00 for a 50-minute session.
Most clients work with me twice (2) a month, on an every-other-week basis.
Additional sessions on your “off week” can be provided and we can discuss that need during our consultation time together.

Payment is made at the beginning of each session via debit or credit card.

I am an In-Network provider for the following insurance providers:

~ Aetna
~Optum (United Healthcare; Oscar; Oxford; UMR)

For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay your co-insurance for our sessions, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This can save you on average 70% upfront on our sessions.
